RAM SS - ISM Fix for beam reactions x86

See Left and Right End Reactions reversed in ISM for details. 

To use the files follow these steps:

1. Make sure you have Ram Structural System CONNECT Edition Version 15.01.00.00 x86 (aka 32 bit) installed but not running (for 64 bit users, see this: RAM SS - ISM Fix for beam reactions x64)
2. Download files from this page (you must be logged into Bentley Communities)
3. Extract file (Bentley.IsmRssLinkModelFilter.dll and IsmRssLink.dll) to the Ram Structural System program directory normally here: C:\Program Files (x86)\Bentley\Engineering\RAM Structural System\Prog (Save a copy of the original files for extra precaution)
4. Restart RAM Manager and export the designed RAM Structural System model to ISM. You can update the existing repository or start from scratch.
